Try our Wednesday night strength and conditioning class that uses strong man kit such as tyres, kettle bells and sandbags; this session covers a great range of strength training techniques and compound exercises.
Or try our Kettle Core class on Tuesday nights; a dynamic, non impact, full body workout consisting of kettle bell and core based exercises put together to challenge and change you. Will promote core stability, total body strength and help improve performance for endurance. A great one for beginners looking to learn new techniques and those looking build or maintain fitness!
